No real orders are fulfilled, no real payments are collected, no real medicines are dispensed and no real notifications are sent.
Data source statement
All pharmacies, pharmacists, medicines, licences, prices, stock levels, batches, orders, prescriptions, riders and transactions shown in this application are fictional sample data generated for the demonstration.
Medicine records are labelled DEMO — NOT VERIFIED and carry no Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA) registration, DBID verification, trade licence verification or drug licence verification.
No regulatory approval is claimed
Nothing in this application should be read as a claim of DGDA approval, DBID registration, pharmacy licensing, or compliance with the Drugs Act or any other Bangladeshi regulation.

No medical advice
The application provides catalogue information only. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments, suggest dosages, or substitute one medicine for another.

Prescription policy
Prescription-only medicines cannot be ordered without uploading a prescription. Every upload is queued for manual pharmacist review — nothing is auto-approved, and no algorithm approves a prescription.
Uploaded demo prescriptions are labelled DEMO PRESCRIPTION — NOT A REAL MEDICAL DOCUMENT. Do not upload real medical documents to this demonstration.
Restricted medicines, controlled substances and any item requiring special handling remain blocked in this demonstration.
Pharmacy responsibility
In this model the pharmacy is the seller of record. Each pharmacy is responsible for its own stock, pricing, storage, dispensing, prescription verification and delivery.
The platform is a technology marketplace only and does not itself sell, store or dispense medicines.
Payments
Cash on Delivery is the only payment method in this demonstration and it is labelled DEMO PAYMENT METHOD.
bKash, Nagad, card and other online payment options are intentionally disabled. The architecture leaves space for them in a future licensed deployment.
Privacy
Demo customer details entered at checkout are stored in the demonstration database so that order tracking can be shown. Do not enter real personal, medical or financial information.
Demo prescription files are stored in a private bucket and are readable only by signed-in demonstration pharmacy staff.
Returns and cancellation (demo policy)
Demo orders can be cancelled by the pharmacy before dispatch. Medicines are generally non-returnable once dispatched, except where a pharmacy ships an incorrect or damaged item.
